Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and forward-thinking Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to lead our brand’s social media presence and storytelling across all platforms - including official brand pages and culture-driven accounts. This role blends creativity with strategy and leadership, ensuring every post, story, and campaign reflects the company’s identity, values, and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow all company social media pages — including corporate, culture, and community accounts.
- Develop and execute creative, trend-driven strategies aligned with business objectives and brand tone.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring timely posting, variety, and consistency.
- Monitor analytics, measure performance, and continuously optimize for engagement and reach.
- Create and curate high-quality, original content
- Keep up with trends, formats, and platform features to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant.
- Capture and cover events through engaging stories, posts, and highlight reels to showcase our values, people, and energy
- Collaborate with HR and marketing to highlight employee experiences, career growth, and company achievements.
- Manage the media team’s schedule and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and balanced workloads.
- Brief the media team on upcoming projects, track their progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.
- Maintain the media calendar and coordinate photo/video shoots, content days, and campaign deliverables
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or agency environments.

Strong creative instincts with proven experience in storytelling, digital content, and visual communication.

Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).

Excellent communication and writing skills with a sharp understanding of social media tone and trends.

Experience in managing small creative/media teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.

Confident, organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking across creative and operational functions.
