Job Description:
- Create platform-native content (esp. Reels/Shorts) and use data + paid media to drive growth across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Plan and manage multi-platform calendars with a consistent brand voice.
- Create Reels/Shorts, carousels, and threads; strong English copy (Arabic/French valued).
- Use AI tools for ideation, drafts, and repurposing.
- Launch and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads to increase targeted reach.
- Track with Pixel/Conversions API, GA4, UTMs; run A/B tests.
- Convert projects into real-life case studies and content.
- Report on reach, engagement, growth, CTR/CPA/ROAS; adapt quickly.
- Send proposals on Upwork to secure freelance opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with other teams, including AI, Data Science, Marketing, and IT, to align content strategies and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of algorithms & audience segmentation.
- Skilled with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Proven growth managing social accounts or campaigns (portfolio/links).
- Strong storytelling + basic design/video (Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express).
- Comfortable with analytics & experimentation.
- Bonus: B2B/AI experience, SEO for social, and community management.
