Job Description:
We are seeking a Video Editor and Technician who can support both the creative and technical aspects of our studio operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on set, is comfortable with (or eager to learn) cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, and can edit high-quality content after production. You will work closely with our studio team during podcast shoots, client productions, and content sessions, and manage the post-production editing workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cameras, lighting, audio, and cable management during shoots

Support basic setup and teardown of studio equipment

Edit podcasts, social media clips, and other video content

Collaborate with the studio team during podcast recordings, client productions, and content sessions

Maintain an organized post-production workflow
Requirements:
- Technical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and fast learner, comfortable in a studio environment
- Editing experience required (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve)
- Willingness to learn and grow with training provided
- Interest in cameras, lighting, and audio (experience preferred but not mandatory)
