Role Details
1. Document Controller Intern
- Duration: 3 months
- Required Skills: Typing skills
- Stipend: AED 2100
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Job Description:
- Responsible for document packing, indexing, and scanning
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks
2. Metadata Structural Engineer Intern
- Duration: 2 months
- Required Skills:
- Must know how to use the metadata tool
- Ability to extract information from design documents
- Stipend: AED 4000
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description:
- Enter metadata manually following ISO 19650 matrix
- Rename or tag files per naming conventions
- Maintain logs and update document status
- Perform first-level QA/QC on metadata
- Coordinate with Project Lead for clarifications
- Report daily progress and flag data issues
