Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic MBA Interns with strong analytical abilities, excellent MS Excel skills, and outstanding communication skills. The role involves working across multiple datasets simultaneously to help derive the most competitive quotes for the organization. The intern will also interact with partners and vendors, serving as a representative of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Work with multiple Excel files and datasets to enter accurate data, analyse and compare quotes, and identify the most competitive options for the organization.

Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry, compilation, cleaning, and comparison.

Prepare well-structured reports, summaries, and dashboards as required.

Communicate with external partners professionally via email and phone.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and support the procurement/operations process.

Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and partner communication material.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist with additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Pursuing an MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files/tasks at the same time with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional email etiquette and confidence in external communication.
- A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
