    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic, creative and proactive Media & Activations Intern to support the planning and execution of media campaigns and brand activations across multiple regions. In this role, you will collaborate with the media and activations team along with brand category teams on campaign development, execution, performance tracking, and event coordination. This internship offers hands-on exposure to media planning, data analysis, creative content development, and on-ground event support.

    Primary markets include the GCC, North Africa, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Southeast Asia, and the CIS regions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Media Planning & Reporting

    • Support in researching target audiences, media platforms, and industry trends.
    • Assist in building and executing media plans across traditional and digital channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights and recommendations.

    Events & Activations

    • Coordinate with internal teams and event agencies to support event planning and execution.
    • Assist with planning and logistics, on-ground execution, and production of activation materials (e.g., POS displays, sampling coordination).

    Content & Creative Coordination

    • Support in developing media content, creative assets, and campaign materials.
    • Collaborate with design and creative partners to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

    Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, brand, and commercial teams to ensure integrated execution.
    • Support key interdepartmental initiatives when required.

    Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
    • Strong interest in media planning, brand activations, and marketing communications.
    • Basic understanding of digital and traditional media channels.
    • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
