Job Description:
The Equity Derivative Broker Assistant position is an opportunity for a young graduate to join a dynamic and developing team. He will be involved in tasks such as booking, dealing both electronically and IDB, pricing, improving operational tools via Excel. Your tasks will have adirect impact on customers and sales team, and so requires an exceptional attention to detail, hard work and dedication
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Morning briefing with senior broker
- Monitoring markets prices of the desk
- Sync. markets prices with the different platforms
- Execution, Booking and Allocation of Listed Derivatives trades
- Implementing VBA tools
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in finance
- Knowledge in Derivatives products
- Knowledge in Excel, VBA
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations to team and clients, including graphic and written sections in French and English
- Fluent in French, English (additional language as a plus)
- Ability to focus and work long hours
- Good social skills, easy contact with people
- Strong attention to the smallest details
