Key Responsibilites:
1. Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive interest and schedule appointments.
2. Assist in property inspections and participate in client meetings alongside senior team members.
3. Shadow experienced managers and team leaders during deal closings to understand the end-to-end sales process.
4. Coordinate with the operations team to support documentation and logistical requirements.
5. Take on increasing responsibilities in deal closures based on demonstrated performance and learning progress.
