Job Description:
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn. Experience with SaaS tools is not a prerequisite (although appealing/helpful) – training will be provided. You’ll work closely with our co-founders to support the smooth running of our digital platform and assist with day-to-day IT tasks and social media.
- Provide basic technical support to the team (email, user access, troubleshooting).
- Assist in managing and updating our e-commerce and CRM platforms.
- Assist in testing, documenting, and streamlining platform processes.
- Coordinate with external providers (cloud services, SaaS vendors).
- Carry out general IT, social media and admin tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts and cloud software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new tools.
- Familiarity with the use of social media (Insta, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
- Based in Dubai (students encouraged to apply).
