Job Description:
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email
- Create contents for the website & social media
- Design creatives (Graphic Design) for the website & social media.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points, drop off points, and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Should have a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and mobile marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting: Should be able to analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Should be able to create engaging and persuasive content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and video content.
- Campaign Management: Should be able to plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve the desired results.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Should have a basic understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content to improve search engine rankings.
- Paid Advertising: Should have knowledge of various paid advertising channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads and how to create and optimize ad campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Should have knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and how to create and manage social media campaigns.
- Marketing Automation: Should have knowledge of marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Marketo, and how to create and manage automated email campaigns.
- User Experience: Should understand user experience design principles and how to create a seamless user experience across different digital channels.
- Marketing Strategy: Should have the ability to develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
