Key Responsibilities:
- Providing client onboarding and training services.
- Coordinating with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of product training.
Requirements:

Execute daily on-field deployments, ensuring all campaign materials are
correctly placed at partner outlets.

Coordinate and schedule product training and re-training sessions for new
outlets, ensuring the staff are confident using the platform.

Conduct mystery calls to newly live outlets to check customer experience
and provide feedback for improvements.

Act as the go-to support for partners during deployments, ensuring smooth
operations.
