Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Job Description:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in Arabic and English.
- Ensure professional communication aligned with the company’s standards of customer service.
- Translate training-related communication materials into Arabic when required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with IT training, certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) is an advantage.
