Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant Executive (Intern) to support our day-to-day operations at BetterWayz Consultancy. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative support within a higher education consultancy environment. The role initially spans one month, with the possibility of extension depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communications to the appropriate team
members.
• Manage meeting bookings and maintain calendars for the team.
• Support with coordinating appointments with students, parents, and partners.
• Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
• Assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Support in organizing small events, workshops, or sessions for students and partners.
• Help with packaging, gifting, and preparing materials for clients or events.
• Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the consultancy team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business,
Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
