    Languages: English, Arabic is a plus

    Minimum Qualification: Final year student or a fresh graduate in  in Business, Marketing, or a related field

     

    Job Description: 

    As a Community Coordinator Intern at NEXEPA, you will be responsible for the research, coordination, communication, and growth of our leadership communities. You will work closely with a Partner to help run the ongoing activities of Her Leadership Circles — a peer-based learning experience for women leaders — and The Executive Circle — a curated, high-trust community for senior leaders seeking clarity, connection, and growth.

    This role is ideal for a final-year student or a fresh graduate, who is passionate about leadership community-building, and is eager to gain experience in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

    We believe in growing and lifting people in their careers. This role can become more senior as the project progresses. You are encouraged to shape your role based on your strengths and interests.

     

    Requirements:

    • Coordination: Coordinate and support the delivery of Her Leadership Circles (small peer groups) and The Executive Circle
    • Administration: Assist with scheduling, session setup, documentation, tracking attendance, and managing the calendar of events
    • Customer relations: Help manage invites, communications, and logistics for community virtual/in-person events, gather feedback from members, contribute ideas to  improve the experience
    • Planning and organising: Support speaker coordination and event planning across both communities
    • Communicating effectively: Engage regularly with members through engaging emails, follow-up messages and inspiring content (e.g. quotes, resources, light social media posts)
    • Presentation skills: Be presentable, confident. There will be occasions to meet our members in person
    • IT savvy: Maintain digital tools and shared spaces (Google Drive, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.)
    • Research and analysis: Research of potential profiles, companies, events who can partner with our growing leadership community (on Linkedin)
    • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members while also having the ability to work on projects with supervision
