Job Description:
The role will involve managing the implementation and adoption of technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across internal systems, and driving operational efficiency through data analysis and system improvements. It also includes delivering actionable business intelligence, maintaining data accuracy, and designing accessible dashboards, while coordinating cross-functional projects to meet organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery and implementation of technology solutions, providing user support to drive adoption and maximise usage.
- Integrate technology solutions across internal tools to create synergies and streamline operations.
- Oversee the deployment, maintenance, quality assurance, and ongoing development of the CRM, ensuring its functionality and integration align with evolving business needs.
- Serve as a Business Analyst, consolidating data to deliver actionable insights and business intelligence that supports data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to development of management reports.
- Act as a cross-functional Project Manager, coordinating projects across all VARA business functions.
- Ensure project management tools are fully utilised and functionalities are optimised for clarity, transparency, and efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and management of resources.
- Facilitate project meetings.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations that simplify complex data findings, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project progress, key insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and adjust project plans to meet evolving business needs.

- Design and analysis skills for digital solutions development and roll out.
- Knowledge of project management, CRM and reporting tools like Monday.com, PowerBI
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights from a complex data set.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and mitigate risks.
