- Legacy Smart Employment Services is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy intern to support our Research & Development efforts. This role involves researching HR technology products and applications commonly used by recruitment and HR outsourcing companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research widely used HR tech tools and applications in the industry (e.g., ATS, HRMS, payroll software, onboarding platforms).
- Analyze the features, benefits, and usability of different products.
- Create comparison reports and summaries of findings.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and innovations in HR technology.
- Assist in recommending tools suitable for internal use.
Requirements:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions or interest in HRTech.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to work independently and organize findings clearly.
- Good written communication skills.
