As a sports and/or Gym user associated with Middlesex University Dubai, I am expected to conduct myself in a manner which demonstrates respect for the University, its staff and peers, while maintaining sensible and good behavior at all times.

Undertaking any activity carries certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries and/or accidents. I therefore sign here so as to hereby release, waive and discharge the University and its employees from liability from any and all claims, expenses and procedures resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including grave/fatal), and property loss arising from, but not limited to while participating in sport activity.
