Dear Student,

Please use this form to apply for a letter that provides a GPA conversion for supporting your UAE golden visa application.

According to UAE Government directives, only those students that have a GPA of at least 3.75 are eligible. This means only those students who have been awarded a degree classification of "First Class Honours" from an undergraduate programme or "Distinction" from a postgraduate programme are eligible to apply for this letter.

Before proceeding ahead, please make sure that you have on hand your:

1. Valid passport with a copy available to upload

2. Your degree certificate for the programme completed at Middlesex University

Students that have had cases upheld of violations of Middlesex University Regulations for Academic Integrity will not be eligible for these letters, even if these were at first-attempt, as the overall grade may be different upon re-assessment.

Students with a financial hold must ensure that their pending fees with Student Finance are cleared before applying for this document. Payment of AED 26.25 per copy is applicable and should be made prior to completing this form. Additional charges may be incurred for requests to send the letter via courier services (subject to approval by the University).

An electronic copy of the letter will be issued and sent via email after three (3) working days. Letters will be issued in English. If you need to translate the letter to Arabic, you will need to contact external third-party translation services providers. This will be your responsibility and additional expense.

Please note that these letters are issued by the University on an "as is" basis and make no representation or guarantee of any kind regarding the UAE’s Golden Visa programme or any Federal or Local Immigration policies, processes or directives. In no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, shall the University or any of its officers or employees be liable for any loss, additional costs, or damage (howsoever arising) suffered as a result of any use of this letter or its contents.
