  • Dear Student,

    You can request the collection of your Documents, like your Diploma Supplement  and Degree Certificate, using this online form. On completion, the request will be forwarded to the Campus Central team for the verification and approval.

    For diploma supplement and certificate, the Clearance Process will be observed before these official documents are released to students conferred with a degree award.

    Students with outstanding debts to the University must settle these with the Student Finance team before completing this form. 

    In no circumstances, to the extent permitted by law, shall the University or any of its officers or employees be liable for any loss, additional costs, or damage (howsoever arising) suffered as a result of any use of this letter or its contents.
